Returns and Refunds Policy

At Esther’s Lab, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our refund and returns window lasts a maximum of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or treats cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are personal care items. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully for more details on Returns and Refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, etc.).
• Personal Care Items (e.g., shampoos, grooming items, etc.) if they have been opened or used.
• Customised or Personalised Items.
• Clearance or Sale Items.

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@esthers-lab.com or contact us on (+91)955 999 6493 within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Inspection and Approval: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank statement again.

Then contact your credit card company (if paid through a credit card), it may take some time before your refund is processed by the bank.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@esthers-lab.com and send your item to the address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take any guarantee for the items if damaged during returns shipping.
